I am currently attempting to implement vehicle booking functionality, but I've encountered an error that's causing some difficulty. Would you be able to assist me in identifying what might be causing this issue, please?

This is my XML which I m trying:

I attempted to use the sample XML provided on the website, but unfortunately, it is also resulting in an error. Could you please offer assistance in troubleshooting this issue?

It's giving this error:
