Operating Profiles can be either defined in the Service or VehicleJourney. These describe which days the bus operates on. We need to convert these into a nice CTDF format.

Handle days of week
Handle specific dates or ranges
Handle bank holidays
Create a warning to be displayed in UI/API for associated organisations like school busses as they are unsupported
