Few things to fix? #27

-Tier 9/10/11 set items are not unique. -War cry still buff only raider base dmg (useless on low lvls). Maybe change to all dmg but with lower %? -Not all enchantments are decreased to current ones. Some stay higher.

Good suggestions, those are oversights and will be fixed before release.

Can you give some examples for enchantments that aren't fixed correctly?

Quickness and Grace enchantments didn't change.
