Ignite doesn't stack #5

Having "Ignite" on both of my fire mages doesn't seem to work. Only one ignite can be active at a time, which means two mages with identical gear and skillbooks, have different DPS. Not sure if bug or intended?

It does stack, but there's a bug currently where two of them get merged into one (that does the combined damage). So one of the two mages will have a bit of inflated DPS because it's attributed to him.
