Move buildings #510

I would love if you could move buildings after having built them, even though you get back the money you spent, it would save time and remove some of the hassle.

You say "save time", which makes me wonder: do you re-arrange buildings often? Personally, I have only moved a few buildings once - and I think most people don't re-arrange buildings very often. And all things take developing time, so I'd say this should stay low on the priority list.
