Add ctrl+f key combination to help window

alt+f turns on auto follow and ctrl+f turns it off but there is no mention of the second combination in the help window

That is correct and will be changed in the next patch. alt+f will do both. https://github.com/Heishe/idleraiders-second-run/issues/787
