Fixing CuBLM and adding AlBLM function #16

Hi Travis, The CuBLM function hadn't been updated with the new AWQMS changes. Also, I've created an Aluminum BLM function (based on the CuBLM function) to pull data for the new Aluminum criteria. Regards, Aliana
