As Redmine does not offer any solution to view the time entries either in the decimal format or a human-readable format, do you think you can add the feature to your plugin ?
Two proposals :
Make it raw : directly show the human-readable format (means to transform 1.25 into 1h15mn or 1:15 if you don't want i18n)
Make the choice possible : in the settings, allow the manager to choose between decimal format, human readable with i18n format, or human readable colon syntax.
