Distance SSE Bug #10

I see no difference in distances between the NON-SSE C and the NON-SSE Java, but I do see a difference with appears to happen once per line in SSE.

For file HIV-1_SD.fasta, it seems like position 1640 is always wrong.

Problems comes because there`s an H in that sequence, which should be represented as a "not G".
