Build Android 15 GSI #115

Google's beta GSI does not boot on my SM-P613 (It is stuck on first boot on the Android boot splash screen). It would be nice if there could be the beta GSIs for Android 15 being builded.

For some reason there is no Android 15 GSI branch in the platform manifest folder but there are two Android 15 related branches
