Android 13 GSI could not receive most calls on Chopin.
Describe the bug
Android 13 GSI could not receive most calls on Chopin.
After install Android 14:
The first incoming call just has voice but without notification.
From the second, calls are OK.
However, after install com.mediatek.ims.ImsApp, no incoming calls any more, no voice no notification.
To Reproduce
1. Go to `Phh Treble Settings` and `IMS features`
2. Click on first to fourth. The second is `Install IMS APK for MediaTek S vendor`
3. Install `com.mediatek.ims.ImsApp`
4. See error
