android 14 build for old devices #59

When will Android 14 build be available for old devices?

I have no idea what does that question mean. On officially Treble devices we already support the oldest devices like Google Pixel or Huawei Mate 9. And it has booted on older non-officially treble devices

My device is General Mobile GM8. Codename gm8_sprout. Has VNDK version 28.0 been tested for Android 14 on such old devices? Sorry for the bad english.

The devices I mentioned have been released in 2016, yours has been released in 2018.

Then you say it won't cause any problems. So, have you released the stable versions or until when will they be released?

The versions listed on https://github.com/TrebleDroid/treble_experimentations/releases/ boot on Google Pixel and Huawei Mate 9, devices released in 2016.

I will try the latest released version on my device. I'll open a trouble ticket accordingly.
