Xaga lose VoLTE after restart from 20231208 #85

20231208 to 20231220

Enable VoLTE by IMS features.

In 20231125, we need to restart to enable it.

From 20231208, we need to install the IMS APK.apk(com.mediatek.ims) again after restart or upgrade, if not, no VoLTE.
