Non mfc #1

Time to merge non MFC branch into master as, apart from TrecCode integration (which will be revamped) and Web-Tours, this branch now surpasses what the MFC-based branches have accomplished.

Need to update Master .gitignore so "mfc_named" folders do not get included neededlessly
