merge with other rnc-mode.el ?

There are 2 other similar modes in github:

• https://github.com/emacs-straight/rnc-mode/blob/master/rnc-mode.el

I haven't compared them but the signature is the same. I don't know whether those are the same as this code, or whether they are better in any way. Perhaps it's worth comparing and/or merging.

The other two by Stefan Monnier are both from the same gnu elpa, which is incomplete in implementation and not usable besides very basic RelaxNG syntax.

I was not aware of this one until Norman Walsh the author of DocBook rnc files told me he uses the "default emacs one" which I presume should be better than that gnu elpa's, so I made a tree sitter version only slightly based on Stefan's code, but a lot better than his, and even better than this one. I wrote an email to Stefan about merging his code but did not get response.
