Bring back virtual watering when semantic segmentation reaches general availability #19

I had to disable the virtual watering (which relies on semantic segmentation of an EAP version of ARCore) due to crashing #18. Once the feature becomes generally available we should re-enable it (uncomment the commented out sections).
