Initial Commit for iCal Export

• basic instructions in the readme
• export page
• credits update
• only en_us translations

I wrote a bunch of code in https://github.com/Zemnmez/MeteoNook/commit/c1d8113b148ba6125466bc907f28a748dd8c988b. if this is functional or close to it, I can try to reconcile the two

I think I can fix it, I'll leave it a bit though :p spent enough time today. thanks for your work on this! The vue stuff was hardest for me
