[Enhancement] Show last folder selected in "Destination folder"

I think would be more comfortable to show last folder selected in "Destination 
folder".

Which destination folder combo were you thinking of here? The add one or the 
move one?

I've added this functionality to the move torrent feature, as I think it makes 
sense there, but I'm not sure about using it on the torrent add dialog. The 
default download directory just seems more intuitive to me.

I was thinking in destination folder combo on the torrent add dialog. 
In my case, many times I add several torrents of the same 
category/label/destination but I has to change the folder selected for every 
torrent.
This enhancement should be temporal, when transmission-remote-gtk closes, this 
selected folder should be lost and return to default download folder.
