Accelerator keys #162

We really need accelerator keys.  Would be nice as well to have them 
configurable in the "Remote Execute" ui.  

As an aside, "Remote Execute" ain't the right phrase for the function.  
"Torrent Actions" or similar?

Yeah, you're right, terrible name for it. :)

They're local commands of course, but I guess I called them that because I use 
them to execute remote commands using SSH. Oops. I've just renamed them to 
actions as you suggest.

Will try to look at accelerators another time.
