If I ever get around to adding libappindicator support, the presence of
libappindicator should probably disable this feature, maybe the whole "system
tray" thing, or at least rename it. I'm not really a Ubuntu or Unity user, but
it's my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) that without a taskbar in unity
this feature is useless. I'd suggest not using it in Ubuntu in the meantime.
The menu part (right click) is replaced with an application indicator that
shows the menu on left click, and the left click is replaced by the application
menu unity has on the left side.

Unity has a system tray.
Anyway, now I use Ubuntu with Gnome-Shell.

I have the Same issue in which my application uses has a system tray menu,when
1) I open any window by clicking on the system tray menu.
2) Then if i minimize that window.
3) Click back to the system tray menu.
4) System tray menu doesn't show any content of the system tray menu.
Contents are there but its not visible.
