Possibility to sort the "Remote download directories"

Actually there isn't any way to reorder the download directories. To do this 
you have to delete and re-create them in order.

Yeah, I had this in mind when I made the directories and actions editor into a 
common widget. I just never got round to adding this. :-)

But it's a simple change, just done.
