Ratio isn't informed sometimes #184

Transmission remote svn version (revision 425)

Same torrent:
In transmission-remote-gtk shows ratio: N/A
In transmission webUI shows the correct ratio: 0.38

Should be fixed. It was using downloaded to calculate the ratio, which I see is 
zero in that torrent, whereas Transmission uses the validated size.

I'm not if the old behaviour was actually wrong, but I've changed it to be the 
same as Transmission and use validated size.
