system tray icon in windows is blank #192

There is no system tray icon in the latest version for windows. It is just a 
blank space.

Thanks for the report. This appears to be a regression in GTK, which happened 
when I updated the build to a newer version.

I'll look at using a newer version, and failing that an older one. Getting the 
runtime environment setup for the installer script is a bit time consuming, as 
I haven't come up with a sane and automated way to do it yet. :-)

I'll fix this for the next version.

Hi,

I finally got around to setting up my win32 dev environment. Can you try this 
beta I've just made? It's GTK3, which seems to be stable now from what I've 
seen (it wasn't last time).

havent been able to get it to minimize to tray; only closes and regular
minimize
