This is sort of intended. I actually put it in just as a seperator, between 
categories and directories and trackers.

Showing everything seems like a sensible default. It would probably be better 
if that row wasn't selectable, but I don't think there's any way to do that in 
a GtkTreeView, and it's not really a problem. Just don't select it. ;)
