Associate with .torrent files and magnet links #196

Currently the application does not register itself to handle torrent files or 
magnet links. Instead of opening torrent files directly in the gui by 
double-clicking or from the browser, one must download the file, open 
transmission-remote-gtk then add each torrent file.

This process could be streamlined if the application registered as a .torrent 
file handler.

Hi there. You can do this, certainly for .torrent files. You will need to 
register it as the handler yourself. magnet links should work, they work for 
me, but I've heard they don't, so more details if it doesn't would be useful.

Also, if there's issues, whether you are using/have compiled against GTK2 or 
GTK3.
