Bug WIN32 port doesn't show progress bar behind completion percentage #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. looking at a torrent (completed or in progress) in main screen
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see progress bar behind percentage complete, instead all i see is the 
percentage complete. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2 on win7 connected to transmission 2.52. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Worked fine in 1.0.1

It seems to be a known issue with GTK3 on Windows currently. There was a 
suggestion to try the latest version of GTK3, which I did but that didn't help.

Hopefully it's fixed in a future version, but I might look into this sometime.

This can be closed as it's resolved in the new version. With the new 
Transmission style, this looked so awful I had to revert to GTK 2.

It's unfortunate because GTK 3 on Windows looked better in many other ways, so 
I hope to revert back on a future release when this is fixed in GTK.
