Folder duplicates

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download that file http://rghost.ru/39885275
2. Open window with adding options
3. Now see that?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only two folders.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0 on Gentoo.

Please provide any additional information below.
