Verbose traffic statistics: per tracker and per time period #218

Please add tab with verbose traffic statistics with ability to select tracker 
and time period. Something like this:

Per tracker feature seems to be simple for adding, but i am not sure if 
transmission-daemon provides enough data for per time period stats.

Looks nice, but the RPC does indeed provide no historical data. See here:
