Updated Windows build

Any chance of getting one for 1.1.1, with updated GTK libs?

There's definitely a chance ;) unfortunately building a working package for 
windows can be *really* fiddly, and my build environment (a VM image I hope I 
still have) needs some work. And I'd like to try it with gtk3 again, to see if 
the bug which caused me to revert to gtk2 is still there, which means it takes 
ever longer to get working.

Just a note that GTK3 for Windows is now released, and may be a good candidate 
for updating the Windows build.

Cool, thanks for following up.  

Looks ok... but tbh it's not in great shape:
 - It runs significantly slower than prior version
 - It fixed the problem with horizontal scrollbar (which was missing with GTK2)
 - For some reason font smoothing is disabled 
 - lots of spontaneous redrawing of the grid in classic

this is with 1000 torrents, perhaps not as bad with a smaller set.  But it's so 
silky smooth on X that I prolly have too high a bar...
