Please create an AppData file for Transmission #263

Please consider writing and installing an AppData file with the application 
description and some screenshots, else Transmission looks really bad in the 
GNOME and KDE Software Centers. We'd love to showcase more applications, but 
without the extra data file we can't. See

Hi Richard,

I like the idea and the early version of the software center (I am a Fedora 
user).

So I've committed an AppData definition and the makefile changes. I'd like to 
do a release sometime in the next few months for other reasons, which will 
include this.
