When typing name of shapefile to download, attempting to add an underscore zooms out the map. #106

We see this is 2.14 and 2.20, not sure when it happened exactly.  I have export 
names that suggested I did this successfully on Thursday however.  (I always 
use underscores in my file names).  So perhaps with the 2.14 update it crept 
in?

This would be in the Data Export wizard, step 4 of 4, at the bottom.

This was an artifact from when we were considering having the ESC or RETURN key 
close out a poly for query.  I've removed the keyboard controls from the map 
completely, and you should be in good shape now.
