Default language on front end

Ensure default language throughout frontend appears properly within the profile. Specific areas to deal with include:

• the front page
• the donations page
• the events calendar
• individual blog articles (which should be instructions for how to use the demo)

Front page language in place, needs to be adjusted. Blocks are now loading and are placed in the settings feature.
