Theme installation profile #25

We would like to theme the installation profile very much the same way as the commerce_kickstarter.

We will need styles for fonts, forms, containers, progress report.

Please look at the CRM Core demo theme and build it based on that and the wireframes passed from email

I've started this and going to have a general theme for installation profile very soon.

I would love to see "Drupal Commerce KS" as a tested theme!! Entire package will rock with it!
