Incomplete/Empty Damage out #123

I got an issue that my combatlogs taken from 2.4.3 are only partially
evaluated. Everything seems to be fine, except "Damage out" is empty, or at
least nearly empty.

I don't have a clue, why some people and some wouldn't be shown.

Whoa, for some reason it thought Gruul was a pet. I'll have to look into that,

There is actually a summon event in the combat log.

I have no idea why this is there but it says that Aramis summoned Gruul using 
"Schattengeist", a.k.a. 
"Shadowfiend". Seems like a crazy bug in WoW.

Not going to fix this since it's a wow bug. Blame Blizzard.
