StaffBot currently allows any + with BanC to adjust the bancomments for a banc that has been set to access level of "SMOD". The other commands seem to be blocked as they don't have access to override that BanC without the right access level, but it doesn't seem to check when doing ban comments. Can this be fixed to where before it permits the bancomment to be overridden it would check with the access level of the specified BanC.
