Description:

I believe this was fixed once before, but private freqs in pub can't actually WIN a set of rounds in pub. The pubsystem keeps replaying the round with the same round number.

There was once an attempt to make private freqs able to win a game. However, the implementation of it was too cluttered and clumsy, so it was put on a hold. We will add this one to the list again, to see if we can find a better way of implementing it now. However, we will also need to make sure that private freqs will have to obey the same rules as the public freqs, and the other way around, to ensure a fair game.
