Elim Splash Not Clearing #97

Description:

The onjon top ten table upon entering Elim sometimes does not onjoff. The players solution is to :Robo Ref:!disable and exit client and re-log then !lagout .. Obviously, this isn't what we want... And also an issue in general.

qan> Do they do the !lagout from spec? Or are they entering a game in progress, then doing !disable, exiting, relogging, joining arena and doing !lagout?

To add to this, I've seen a bug where after entering elim it believes it's already showing you the splash screen, and so won't show it with !splash. It will never allow you to see it until the bot is reset, afaik.
