Beta3: File % not updating once complete

Still having a problem at times with the file percentage is no updating
correctly. This is shown in the attached screenshot where the selected file
is 100% complete but the file details are showing different values. It
looks as though the file details are not updated once the torrent down load
is complete.

This is reproducible by:

- Start downloading a torrent
- Once it has started downloading, select the torrent
- View the files tab, file details are updated as the torrent downloads
- Before the torrent completes downloading, select another torrent
- Change to the Speed Tab
- Wait for the downloading torrent to complete
- Once it 100% completed, select it again
- Change back to the files Tab and the percentages remain the same as they
were last time we were on the tab and are never updated again.

It looks like file details are no longer updated once a torrent has
completed downloading and will stay how they were the last time that the
files tab was selected during the download.

I hope you understand my description of the problem. As a work around I
have put a refresh option on the right click context menu which calls the
updateFiles function and that seems to work for now.
