rpc plugin 3.0 issue

1. unpack rutorrent-3.0.tar.gz
2. unpack rpc-3.0.tar.gz to plugins dir
3. click Settings button

Nothing happens, but I see errors in log:

1. My ruTorrent version is 3.0
2. My rTorrent version is 0.8.6
3. I use web-server Apache2 it version is 2.2 on OS Ubuntu Karmic
3. I use browser Firefox it version is 3.5.8 on OS Ubuntu Karmic

1) This hasn't relation to rpc plugin.
2) Don't use svn version of rtorrent, ruTorrent doesn't support it. Use stable
version 0.8.6.
