Chrome Doesn't Load rutorrent half the time #372

Half the time, when trying to connect to my server with rutorrent on it, 
nothing will happen. The chrome logo will act as if it's loading, but I 
will never be asked to input my account info. Nothing happens. The other 
half of the time, it works fine. With firefox, it always works.

Another thing worth mentioning is, I reformatted my computer and upgraded 
from vista to windows 7 (both 64 bit), and the problem still persists.

Another thing is that I recently changed servers. I used one that had 
ruTorrent for months and never got this error (there's no actual error 
message, it just loads forever without doing anything), now with my new 
provider I get it.

Does anyone know anything I can do about this? it's pretty annoying to have 
to load up firefox every once in a while when I get this bug. Not a HUGE 
deal, but enough that I'm posting here.
