Timestamps i 'Speed' tab is weird

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to ruTorrent
2. Go to 'Speed' tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All of the timestamps is listed as "00:59:59", "01:00:59", etc. instead of 
the more sensible "01:00:00", "01:01:00", etc.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is... v3.0
2. My rTorrent version is... 0.8.6
3. I use web-server... lighttpd, it version is... 1.4.26 on OS... Arch 
Linux x86-64
3. I use browser... Chromium, it version is... 43700

Please provide any additional information below.
This "problem" happens regardless of browser. It is of course not really a 
problem, but rather an annoyance, as all the timestamps is 1 second behind 
a more sensible one.

Is you use 3.0 from downloads section, or svn version? If first - upgrade 
version
from svn and check.

I just upgraded to latest svn and it is fixed, nice! I hadn't done this before 
as I 
have had this problem for a long time, even before v3.0, so didn't think it was 
fixed.

Thank you, it is a lot nicer to look at now. Now I'm just thinking, is it 
really 
necessary to show the last to '0's? It might as well be "01:00" instead of 
"01:00:00".
