RSS manager doesn't save filters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I press the "RSS Downloader"-button or right click the feeds and choose
RSS Manager.
2. Clicking Add to add a filter, enter values and click OK.
3. Re-open RSS Manager and the filters just added is gone. (By some reason,
one of the filters got saved!?).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A download starts from the RSS feed, though, going back to RSS Manager to
add some more filters the ones just entered is gone. I haven't checked the
long term results - if the downloading continues or not - and it's quite a
hassle keeping track on the filters without being able to see them.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version v3.0 (svn).
2. My rTorrent version is revision 1160, svn (libtorrent - revision 1160, svn).
3. I use web-server lighttpd, version 1.4.22 on OS Ubuntu (Linux/GNU) 9.10.
4. I use browser Firefox, version 3.6.3.

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No.

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
I don't think this is related, but I do get this: "Warning: The 'charCode'
property of a keydown event should not be used. The value is meaningless.

Go to the start page of this project. Read this page. Is you see some words 
under the
header "Attention"?
