rss: plugin can't start for unknown reason #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install rutorrent 3.0 with RSS plugin 3.0
2.Start rutorrent
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see a message "rss: plugin can't start for unknown reason"
What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is... 3.0
2. My rTorrent version is... rev 1163
3. I use web-server... lighttpd it version is... on OS... Debian
3. I use browser... Chrome it version is... on OS... Ubuntu

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

Are some errors present in the browser error console?

Please provide any additional information below.

Read the very first page:

= Attention! =

    * ruTorrent v 3.0 in downloads section doesn't support svn version of rTorrent
yet. Only stable version 0.8.6
    * Version of ruTorrent from svn doesn't support LAST svn version of rTorrent yet.
Only revision 1148 and previous. 

get a stable rtorrent, then try again
