suffix pass components with "Pass" #119

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To make it more obvious what they are, effect components should be suffixed with Pass.

Additional context This is a breaking change.

After thinking about this again, we decided to leave the names the way they are. The EffectComposer context gives enough info about what the components are.
