Turn off WiFi and launch the program. Its likely trying to check for updates or something along those lines and cant reach the host. My guess is since this is clearly not being actively developed, wherever its trying to reach is no longer available.

I have not used the program for last couple of months, but it was working fine then on Windows 11. I did install a few Windows updates in the mean time, so I guess M$ broke something for this sudden issue to appear.

That works, you can also use a quarantee app to block only aio-tweak app to access internet ☝️
