Syntax Error: Failed to execute "measure" on "Performance": The mark object Object does not exist

Mazda AIO isn´t working on windows.

Turn off WiFi and launch the program. Its likely trying to check for updates or something along those lines and cant reach the host. My guess is since this is clearly not being actively developed, wherever its trying to reach is no longer available.
