I find that many application title bars fade when they lose focus

I don't fully understand this yet, could you provide more information?

  1. do you observe a fade with titlebars from this library? or
  2. do you expect the titlebars to fade because you think, they should?

What operating system do you use? Can you explain 'fade', is it a change of color or opacity?
