Currently processing the inbox leaves the source and destination buffers in an unsaved state. Saving files after interaction is an important feature when doing gtd with different computers on the same files (I use auto reload on update on such files).
I suspect that the best solution would be provide a variable that if true, saves both buffers after the interaction. This would apply to any function that affects the inbox.
