Settings Menu (or maybe About Page?) #21

So right now the dots-menu in the upper right doesn't do anything. It just shows a settings button, which does nothing :P

Just thought I'd kick this off to see if anyone had any thoughts for this. I think for now we could just remove it.

I think a cool thing would be to change "Settings" to "About" and have it go to a new activity with some text about the project. I.e. mentioning it's still in super-beta-mode, put a link to this repository, giving a support email (could just be mine), etc.
