Use new RedAPI endpoint #29

Once this PR is resolved (might be a while to get it all set up, but it's coming), use it. Make a tabbed view (one for Dining Halls, one for Cafes). Default Dining Halls.

We are now using the http://tangerine-tious.rhcloud.com/ endpoint, which has it.
